How Weight Tracker Daily works
Quick tips in the order you’ll use them most.
How do I manage my entries?
- Use the Entries control above the table to show more or fewer recent rows.
- Backdate or correct entries with the Date field; add notes and activity to keep context.
How do I set or change my target?
Update your target on any day. When you hit a goal, set a new one and keep going—the chart and “Kg to Target” will refresh automatically.
Which assessment type should I use?
- BMI: Based on height and weight; shows healthy ranges. Requires height.
- Body Fat % (Deurenberg): Estimates from BMI, age, and gender. Requires date of birth and gender. May be less accurate for athletes.
- WHtR: Waist-to-Height Ratio; indicates risk bands. Requires waist measurement.
How do I account for clothes weight?
If you weigh in with clothes, record them in Settings → Profile with “I changed my weigh-in clothes…” and enable “Offset clothes weight.” Each outfit applies from its date onward, so past entries keep the offset that was true back then, and you can attach a photo of the outfit to remember it.
